The Board meeting scheduled for May 2, 2024, has been CANCELLED. Upon re-scheduling, an agenda will be posted.

There will be a planned power outage at the water plant tomorrow for one hour sometime between 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to address ongoing repair needs related to last night’s property damage.

The outage may affect water pressure depending on usage during that time.

On December 12, 2023, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system Montgomery County MUD No, 139, TX1700832 to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform our customers that due to the presence of contaminants or an interruption in service, water from our system must be boiled prior to consumption.

Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of December 13,2023.
